V.- Security measures:


The File Manager informs you that the legally required security measures have been adopted in the company's facilities, systems and files in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the regulations in the Data Protection Act.


VI.- Quality standards:


The File Manager will monitor the quality of the data provided by users to make sure it is sufficient, applicable and not excessive for the legitimate purposes of the providing the services we offer. The data will also be used to send publicity and marketing materials to users, is they have given their consent.


The user guarantees and the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertakes to keep it up to date.



VII.- International data transfer:

Article 34 of the Data Protection Act and Article 66.2 of the Royal Decree approving the Data Protection Act set out the circumstances under which the prior approval of the Director of the Spanish Data Protection Agency shall not be required:
