1.- How to buy

To buy from Bloi you only need to follow a few simple steps:

- Choose the item you want to buy (top, blouse, dress, etc.).

- Select the product you want. With just one click, you will see a larger version of the picture to see the product in detail, with the available sizes, reference and price.

- Select an item of clothing and add it to your shopping basket. You can then choose whether to keep shopping or to pay for your order.

- If you want to keep shopping, repeat the steps above. If you want to pay for your order straight away, you just have to enter in your details. Just click Confirm, and then create an account if you have not yet registered, and enter your details.

- Once you have entered your details, select your chosen shipping method and accept the legal conditions.

- Make sure the shipping and billing addresses are correct.

- Choose your preferred method of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Paypal.

- Confirm your order

- You will receive an email confirming your order shortly.

Is it possible to receive emails with the latest news and offers from Bloi?

Yes. Simply go to the "Newsletter" section in the lower left hand corner of the website, where you can sign up to receive information on the latest news and  offers from Bloi. You will also be entered into a draw to win an item of clothing of your choice.


Can I unsubscribe from the Bloi Newsletter?

Yes. Send an email with the word “Unsubscribe” in the Subject to unsubscribe@bloi.se using the email address you used to sign up.


How do I know whether or not my purchase was successful?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service department. Send an email to info@bloi.se.


Can I see information about the status of my order?

Yes. Sign in to "My Account" on the top right hand side of the website, and then go to "Order history and details", where you can see the current status of your order.


Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes. You can remove the items you don't want from the Shopping Basket, as long as you have not yet processed your order. Once your order has been processed, you can no longer delete items.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes. As long as your order has not yet been sent. Send an email to info@bloi.se asking to cancel your order, along with your name and order number.


What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If at any time, by mistake, you receive an item you did not order, please contact our customer service department via email at info@bloi.se.



3.- Payment

What methods of payment can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Paypal.


Why has my credit card been rejected?

Your credit card could have been rejected for the following reasons:

- Your credit card has expired. Make sure your credit card has not expired.

- You might have reached your credit card limit. Contact your bank and make sure you have not exceeded the limit on your credit card for making purchases.

- You might have entered your details incorrectly. Make sure you filled out all of the necessary fields correctly.


Can I get a receipt with my company's name on it?

Yes. All you have to do is enter the company name in the personal details section and provide the necessary financial details.


Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, our website has an SSL security certificate which means data is encrypted when it is transferred.



4.- Shipping

Where will I receive my order?

You can receive at any address you want (home, work, etc., but never at a PO box).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the country and city your items are being delivered to.


How much do I have to pay in shipping costs?

That depends on the delivery address. When you enter your delivery address, the shipping fee will be calculated automatically.


What is the delivery process?

When the order leaves the warehouse we will send you an email confirming that your order is on its way.



5.- Returns and refunds

How long do I have to return an item?

The deadline for any refund is 15 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.

How can I return an item?

The items must be in perfect condition, with all their tags and the corresponding receipt. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@bloi.se and we will get in touch with you to pick up the item in question.


Do I have to pay to return an item?

Yes. When you return an item you have to pay the shipping costs. When you return an item you will receive a refund once we have verified that the product is in perfect condition.


How will I receive the refund?

Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, i.e. the refund will be made to the account from which you made the purchase.


When will I receive the refund?

After approving the refund (the items must be in perfect condition and still have the tags on) you will receive confirmation via email telling you that the amount will be paid into your account in 2 days time.

Remember that the payment to credit cards always depend on the bank in question.


What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contacting our customer service department via email info@bloi.se, and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible


Bloi reserves the right to refuse refunds if they are sent after the deadline, or if the items are not in the same condition they were sent in.
